Project Acceptance • Payment Authorization • Terms of Service
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SecureView Technology Inc. / A1osis Technology Inc. (“SecureView”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) upon acceptance of the project proposal and payment of the initial deposit.
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to all terms described below.
1. Scope of Work
Client agrees to the scope of work, equipment list, labor description, and pricing contained in the official SecureView proposal/quote.
Any work not explicitly listed in the proposal will be treated as a Change Order (see Section 7).
SecureView agrees to perform all listed work in a professional and industry-standard manner.
2. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to the following payment schedule:
• 50% Deposit – Due at Acceptance
Required to secure materials, schedule work, and initiate the project.
Work does not begin until deposit is received.
• 40% Progress Payment – Due at Substantial Completion
Substantial completion is defined as:

All major equipment installed
-
Cameras online & recording
-
Wireless links operational
-
System functioning pending minor punch-list items
• 10% Final Payment – Due at Final Walkthrough
Includes training, documentation, and final adjustments.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum allowed by law.
3. Ownership of Materials & Equipment
All materials, equipment, and labor remain the property of SecureView until the project is paid in full.
SecureView reserves the right—where legally permitted—to:

Remove unpaid equipment
-
Disable system access
-
Withhold credentials or documentation
if payment terms are violated.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Scheduling
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
If the Client cancels the project after acceptance, Client is responsible for:

all non-returnable materials
-
manufacturer restocking fees
-
all labor already performed
-
applicable travel/time charges
SecureView is not responsible for delays caused by other contractors, building conditions, weather, or restricted access.
If access is denied or the site is not ready, SecureView may charge a trip/standby fee.
5. Warranty Terms
Client acknowledges the standard SecureView warranty included with this project:

1-Year Labor Warranty
-
3-Year Limited Equipment Warranty (matching manufacturer warranty)
-
2-Year Wireless Bridge Hardware Warranty
-
6-Month Pole Installation Warranty
Warranty excludes:
Acts of God, power surges, vandalism, misuse, re-aiming due to environmental changes, network alterations, non-SecureView modifications, and damage caused by other trades or tenants.
Warranty service requires that the Client’s account is current and not past due.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide full access to all required installation areas
-
Ensure electrical power, lights, and pathways are available
-
Protect installed equipment from tampering or unauthorized access
-
Maintain Internet connectivity (if remote access is requested)
-
Notify SecureView immediately if issues arise
-
Not modify, relocate, or alter SecureView-installed equipment
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the warranty.
7. Change Orders (Additional Charges)
Any additional labor or material not listed in the proposal is considered a Change Order, including but not limited to:

Damaged or unusable existing cabling
-
Additional cameras or wireless links
-
New conduit paths or structural work
-
Trenching or unexpected underground obstacles
-
Lift rentals or special equipment not originally required
-
Building conditions requiring modifications
-
Customer-requested location changes after installation begins
Change orders must be approved by the Client (email approval is sufficient).
8. Liability Limitations
SecureView is not liable for:
-
Loss of business, revenue, or property
-
Incidents occurring despite camera coverage
-
Data loss or recording gaps caused by network, power, or user error
-
Interference by other contractors, tenants, or property maintenance
-
Acts of God, storms, surge damage, or environmental factors
SecureView’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contract.
9. System Training & Handoff
SecureView will provide:

One training session (up to 2 hours) for designated staff
-
System overview, playback instructions, and export guidance
-
Basic troubleshooting recommendations
Additional training is billed separately.
10. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the Client:

Accepts the full proposal and pricing
-
Authorizes SecureView to proceed with the project
-
Authorizes all payment terms
-
Confirms they are an authorized decision-maker for this property

Confirms they have read and accept this Agreement in full
