Below is the complete breakdown of what is covered.


📌 1. Labor Warranty – 1 Year (12 Months)

All labor performed by SecureView is covered for one full year from project completion.

Covered:

  • Camera installation workmanship

  • Terminations & connections

  • Conduit installation craftsmanship

  • Pole mounting workmanship

  • Rack & network equipment installation

  • System programming & configuration

  • Wireless bridge alignment & setup

Not Covered:

  • Storm / lightning damage

  • Vandalism or tampering

  • Power surge damage

  • Water intrusion caused by building defects

  • Client modifications or equipment moved after installation


📌 2. Equipment Warranty – 3 Years

All SecureView-branded hardware installed during the project is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty, including:

Covered Equipment:

  • IP cameras (all models)

  • NVR

  • PoE switches

  • Accessories & mounting hardware

Warranty Includes:

  • Manufacturer defect replacement

  • Hardware failure replacement

  • No-cost swap for covered components


📌 3. Wireless Bridge Warranty

Wireless transmission hardware is covered under a separate protection tier due to outdoor exposure.

Labor Warranty:

  • 1 year (alignment, configuration, installation work)

Hardware Warranty:

  • 2 years (manufacturer defect or unit failure)


📌 4. Tennis Court Pole Installation Warranty

Outdoor pole installations require their own warranty category due to soil movement and environmental factors.

Coverage:

  • 6-month labor warranty on pole leveling, setting, and mounting

  • Guarantees pole stability within normal conditions

Not Covered:

  • Vehicle impact

  • Ground shifting or erosion

  • Lawn maintenance damage

📌 5. Warranty Process

In the event of a warranty claim:

  1. SecureView will diagnose the issue remotely or on site

  2. Covered items will be repaired or replaced at no cost

  3. Non-covered issues (such as surges, environmental damage, misuse) will be quoted as standard service

  4. Replacement hardware is supplied under the terms of the manufacturer warranty

To maintain warranty validity:

  • Equipment must not be relocated, opened, or altered by anyone other than SecureView
