Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about budgets, design, installation, floor plans, timing, partners and System Health.

Does SecureView Puerto Rico install residential one-camera systems?

No. The Puerto Rico program is designed for professional commercial projects and is not a phone-first consumer installation service.

What project budget is a normal fit?

The expected professional installation budget begins around $3,000. The written assessment collects the budget range before consultation.

Why do you request floor plans?

Plans expose scale, entrances, routes, blind spots, cable distances and equipment requirements before installation.

Does SecureView design systems larger than 20 cameras?

Yes. SecureView designs systems of any size. Public design tiers cover estimated ranges of 1–16, 17–32, 33–64 and 65+ cameras or multi-site work.

Is the design fee credited to installation?

Yes. It is credited to a SecureView-managed installation of at least $3,000 when the proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid within 60 days.

Who performs the installation?

SecureView controls design and scope, then coordinates an appropriate qualified Puerto Rico installation partner after approval.

Why is there no public Puerto Rico phone number?

The written process collects the information required for a useful commercial discussion and filters requests that do not fit this program.

What is System Health?

It is recurring verification of expected cameras, recent recording, storage, time and connectivity, with exceptions documented for action.
