Customer Installer Disclosure

SecureView may coordinate your installation with a specifically invited installation business. Before that installer accepts the project, SecureView provides only limited project information: pay, a bounded scope summary, ZIP code, residential or commercial designation, camera quantity, average cable-run length, one- or two-floor indicator, response deadline, and date-request instructions. SecureView does not provide your name, phone number, street address, email address, access credentials, network information, floor plans, camera views, or security details at that stage.

If the specifically invited installer accepts the project, SecureView may provide that installer only your:

  1. name;
  2. phone number;
  3. service street address; and
  4. bounded arrival instructions needed for parking, check-in, rendezvous, contact role, or the authorized arrival window.

SecureView does not provide your email address through this portal. Arrival instructions must not contain alarm, door, lockbox, gate, Wi-Fi, network, camera, NVR, password, access-code, occupancy, vulnerability, payment, medical, child, or other sensitive information. Any necessary access secret must be handled directly by an authorized human at the appropriate time and not stored in the portal.

The installer is required to use the disclosed information only for the specific SecureView project, keep it confidential, avoid marketing or unrelated contact, avoid unapproved subcontracting, report suspected incidents, and delete or return it when required. SecureView may log access and revoke it. Technical controls cannot prevent every screenshot or manual copy.

Authorization text: I AUTHORIZE SECUREVIEW TO DISCLOSE MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER, SERVICE STREET ADDRESS, AND BOUNDED ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE SPECIFICALLY INVITED INSTALLER AFTER THAT INSTALLER ACCEPTS THIS PROJECT, SOLELY FOR OWNER-AUTHORIZED PROJECT DELIVERY.

This authorization does not confirm an installation date, approve a substitute installer, authorize disclosure to a public installer pool, or waive any separate customer agreement or privacy right.
