Installer-business application privacy notice

SecureView Technology collects the business and representative information shown on this form to receive, secure, deduplicate, review, administer, and respond to this installer-business application for possible project-based work in the 50 states, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. Submission is optional. A submission creates only SOURCED_UNVERIFIED / APPLICATION_RECEIVED / UNAPPROVED / UNASSIGNED status and is not employment, a contract, approval, qualification, certification, legal eligibility, a bid, a work order, an assignment, or a promise of work, earnings, rates, territory, volume, scheduling, or response.

The collected categories are business identity and website; business email and representative role; optional representative name; self-reported service regions, metropolitan areas, service lanes, technical capabilities, and business model; and the acknowledgments, notice version, application ID, submission time, source path, receipt status, and minimized security/audit events needed to operate and protect the intake. Do not submit licenses, insurance information, background records, tax or banking information, government identifiers, home or site addresses, customer information, photos, floor plans, credentials, rates, documents, or other sensitive information. This form accepts no uploads or free-form narrative.

Access to applicant information is limited to Angel Lopez through the specifically authorized WordPress administrator account and to hosting, database, or backup providers only as technically necessary to provide secured storage under their applicable service terms. SecureView Technology does not use this application information for marketing, targeted advertising, sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, public profiles, automated decisions, or unrelated purposes. No email notification containing applicant fields is sent.

Encrypted applicant field values are retained for up to 12 months from submission, regardless of status, activity, or correction, and then deleted. An approved withdrawal or deletion request removes the applicant payload within the rights-workflow target of 30 calendar days and no later than applicable law. A documented record-specific legal, security, or dispute hold may pause deletion only for the affected record. Minimized consent, security, and audit records are retained for up to 12 months and exclude applicant field values after payload deletion. Backups may be retained for up to 12 months only if encrypted, access-restricted, not used for ordinary processing, expired on schedule, and any restoration reapplies recorded deletions before the intake is reopened. Ordinary debugging logs are retained no longer than 30 days; pertinent minimized security logs may be retained up to 12 months. Applicant values must not enter either log class.

To request access, correction, a portable export, withdrawal, deletion, or review of a denied request, email sales@secureviewcameras.com with only your application ID and original business email. Do not email documents or sensitive information. SecureView Technology will verify the request without requesting sensitive documents and will respond as required by applicable law; its internal response target is 30 calendar days. Withdrawing or deleting an application does not create or remove any right to work.

Read the SecureView Privacy Policy, Installer Portal Confidentiality and Data-Use Terms, and Customer Installer Disclosure. For this installer-business intake, this application notice controls where the general Privacy Policy differs.

Review the future consideration stages

Who this information is for.

The reader is an established installation or low-voltage business owner or authorized representative—not an individual employment applicant and not a customer. Future review may consider business-level PoE/IP camera, Cat6, mounting/weatherproofing, recorder/network setup, testing, and closeout experience. No capability, metro, lane, or opportunity is currently represented as available.

Future consideration stages.

INFORMATIONAL_ONLY; INTAKE_NOT_OPEN; possible later INTEREST_RECEIVED / NOT_REVIEWED; invitation-only EVIDENCE_REQUESTED / NOT_QUALIFIED; human-reviewed CANDIDATE_ONLY / UNASSIGNED; and JOB_SPECIFIC_REVIEW_REQUIRED. Every possible project requires separate scope, jurisdiction, compliance, commercial, contract, owner, primary/backup, and work-order gates.

What may be reviewed later.

A future approved process may review business identity, coarse service area, lane capability, current official jurisdiction evidence, insurance/worker-model questions, tools/staffing, field documentation, customer-site conduct, testing, incident handling, and expirations. No badge, registration, document, screening result, or answer alone establishes legal qualification or approval.

SecureView field expectations.

Work from an issued scope; stop on hidden, unsafe, regulated, permit-triggering, privacy-sensitive, or change-order conditions; protect customer/network information; provide least-sensitive evidence; and preserve independent quality, customer-acceptance, and owner-payment gates.
