Our Remote Viewing Configuration Service ensures that your security camera system is accessible from your mobile phone, laptop, computer, or other mobile devices. Whether using port forwarding, P2P service, or other required network settings, we professionally program your NVR/DVR and network equipment for seamless remote monitoring.

What’s Included:

✔ Programming & configuration of your NVR/DVR for remote access
✔ Router setup for port forwarding, P2P, or required network settings
✔ Application/software configuration for viewing on mobile & desktop
✔ Verification & testing to ensure proper remote connectivity

Requirements:

• Your NVR/DVR must be functional and capable of remote access.
• The customer must provide username, password, and system account information.
• The customer must have an available port on their internet router for the NVR/DVR connection.
• Internet service is required but not provided as part of this service.

Service Call Charges & Additional Fees:

⚠️ If the customer is only requesting Remote Viewing Configuration, a service call fee ($150) will be charged instead. This includes an additional $50 fee to meet the service call charge.
⚠️ If the cameras do not display on a directly connected screen, the system will require diagnostics and possible repairs at the customer’s expense. A 0 service call charge will apply before troubleshooting begins.

What This Service Does NOT Include:

❌ Security camera installation or repair
❌ Internet service or router replacement
❌ Wiring for network connections (Separate Network Cabling Service must be purchased if the NVR is located away from the router.)

Even if remote viewing setup is unsuccessful due to customer-provided equipment limitations, the service call charge still applies if this is the only contracted service.
