Credit Card Authorization

By proceeding to order, you acknowledge and accept all warranties and policies outlined by SecureView Technologies Inc. You authorize your credit card to be charged for the total amount of your purchase. You agree to hold SecureView Technologies Inc. and all of its affiliates and proprietors harmless of any claims, disputes, or losses that may arise from including but not limited to equipment malfunction, buyers remorse, product dissatisfaction and/or acts of nature.

In case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate local government agencies, as SecureView Technologies Inc. is not liable and cannot provide assistance in such events.

One Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Thank you for choosing SecureView Technologies Inc. for your security camera needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our one-year limited hardware warranty covers your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Coverage:

  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • It applies to hardware components of the product, excluding accessories and consumable items.
  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from SecureView Technologies Inc. or authorized resellers.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.
  • It does not cover damage resulting from acts of God or nature, including storms, lightning strikes, or other natural disasters.

Claim Process:
If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. We may request proof of purchase and additional information to verify eligibility for warranty service.

Remedies:

  • If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, SecureView Technologies Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit.
  • The warranty does not extend to any other costs associated with the replacement or repair of the product, including shipping or installation expenses.

Limitation of Liability:

  • SecureView Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as outlined above.

No Return and No Refund Policy

SecureView Technologies Inc. operates a strict no return and no refund policy. We only accept exchanges for defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unaltered, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging.
