SecureView remotely reviews the health and performance of your surveillance infrastructure, helping reduce unnoticed downtime and providing greater confidence that your system is working properly.

Business-Day System Inspections
Your surveillance system is reviewed every regular business day for connectivity, recording, storage, and system-health issues.

Camera and Recording Verification
We verify that connected cameras are online and that the recorder is operating normally.

Storage and Hard Drive Health
Recorder storage and hard-drive status are reviewed to help identify potential recording failures.

Network and Remote-Access Checks
We verify remote connectivity and identify access or network-related problems affecting system availability.

How It Works

After checkout, SecureView will contact you to complete the initial onboarding and remote-access setup. We will review your system’s compatibility, document the connected equipment, and establish the secure access needed to perform scheduled inspections.

If your existing system is incompatible with the service, SecureView may recommend an upgrade or provide a refund before monitoring begins.

Service Coverage

This plan includes:

  • One commercial location
  • One surveillance recorder
  • Up to 16 connected cameras
  • Scheduled inspections on regular business days
  • Remote system-health management

Additional recorders, cameras, or locations may require a customized Enterprise plan.

Important Service Information

Daily System Health™ is a surveillance-system management service. It is not live video monitoring, alarm monitoring, guard service, emergency dispatch, or a guarantee against crime, equipment failure, data loss, or service interruption.

Repairs, replacement equipment, internet service, on-site labor, and technician dispatch are not included unless specifically stated. If a problem requires corrective service, SecureView will provide recommendations and pricing before performing additional work.
